With two dedicated manufacturing facilities covering over 90,000 sq.ft and a skilled team, we support transformer manufacturers with reliable, on-time and cost-effective cooling & tank solutions.
Our production lines include automatic fin-forming machines, multi-spot and dual seam welding, robotic welding solutions and dedicated transformer tank fabrication bays. From raw material preparation to final dispatch, every operation is controlled and documented under a robust quality management system.

Coil / sheet cutting, edge preparation and blanking using shearing and other preparation equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Fin forming, corrugation, bending and fabrication, followed by spot, seam, MIG and robotic welding solutions with qualified welders and monitored parameters.
Each radiator / tank is pressure tested to detect any leaks and verify weld soundness before surface preparation and painting.
Shot blasting, primer & top-coat application using flow painting to achieve required DFT, followed by robust packing suitable for long-distance / export shipments.

Yes. Most of our supplies are made strictly as per customer drawings and specifications. We can also support minor design optimisation while keeping interfaces unchanged.
We typically follow primer + top-coat systems suitable for industrial and outdoor applications, and can match your required paint specification or C-class requirement. Hot-dip galvanizing for radiators can also be arranged where required.
Yes. We regularly supply for overseas projects. We can provide sea-worthy packing, container-wise loading plans and required documentation for export shipments in coordination with your logistics partner.
